SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from the Kenny Scharf Studio.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Certain items, including limited edition prints or made-to-order works, may require additional handling time.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the size, value, and destination of the order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations.
For international orders, we strongly recommend selecting DHL at checkout, as it typically provides the most reliable tracking, faster transit times, and smoother customs processing.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
International transit times vary and may be affected by customs processing beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for size or preference, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kennyscharf@dnamerch.com with:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Approved claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When applicable, a replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the Kenny Scharf Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
